- Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to carrier delays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, as we cannot guarantee delivery to incorrectly provided addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
